- If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!
- We do not process returns of opened and used products unless the item is defective (e.g. delivered with ripped or missing parts or other damage).
- Any products found to be defective on arrival will be exchanged or refunded after checking the unit at our warehouse.
- All returned products must be in their original packaging materials. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees.
- All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the sales receipt within 7 days from the date of purchase (The product should be in its original condition).
- Physical damages shall not be considered for return purposes.
- Customized items cannot be returned.
- Sofia Refrigeration reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product or original packaging is received damaged or any accessories or other original components are missing.
- For delivered products, the customer will be entitled to a refund for the amount (excluding the shipping fees which amount to 5% of the total order).
- For products not delivered, we will refund the full amount if you cancel the order before shipping. (Please send us an email canceling your order).
- For products paid for with a credit or debit card, we will credit the refund within 7-14 working days to the same credit or debit card used during the order process.
