Delivery
When can I receive my order?
Standard kitchen equipment orders are delivered & installed within 3 to 5 business days. Customized stainless-steel fabrication such as shelves, sinks & worktables may require additional processing time and may take up to 21 business days to be delivered & installed depending on the order quantity.
Delivery & installation is available for U.A.E. customers only.
What are your delivery timings?
Deliveries are carried out between 9AM to 6PM. However, if your location allows only certain timings for delivery, kindly specify it under the “Order Notes” section before completing checkout.
If my building management/landlord/mall management, etc. requires a permit for you to deliver, will you apply for a permit?
We will provide you with the required documents such as Emirates ID copies, driving license, trade license, etc. so you can submit them. Once issued, please share it with us, so our delivery team can have the permits in hand. Please make sure to specify if a permit is required under “Order Notes” before completing checkout along with a list of the required documents by your landlord or the responsible entity.
Do you ship internationally?
No, our prices are EX Works. The Customer will have to assign their own designated forwarder to collect the goods from our factory in Sharjah, U.A.E. & get them shipped to the assigned destination. Once we’ve fulfilled the order, we will arrange packing suitable for shipping & upon disclosing the destination of the shipment, we will arrange an invoice & packing list. Additionally, the COO will be shared, if required.
Installation
Do you have any requirements to deliver & install the kitchen equipment to the site?
Yes, the delivery location/site should be clear from any obstruction, have accessibility & be clean & free from any debris for mobilization at the site. Power provision should be done on-site prior to delivery so we can install & commission the commercial kitchen equipment if required.
Do you have any requirements to deliver & install the custom stainless steel fabrication to the site?
Yes, the delivery location/site should be clear from any obstruction, have accessibility & be clean & free from any debris for mobilization at the site. For any shelves that require fixing on the wall, an MDF backing is required for where the shelves will be drilled.
If I don’t have any MDF backing on the wall, how can I hang my stainless steel fixed shelves?
If there is a stainless steel counter placed right under the shelves, the most ideal solution is to fix the shelves on the stainless steel counter. In this case, please make sure of the below:
- The shelf length is the same as the stainless steel table or smaller so it can be welded on the table.
- This mechanism is only applicable to the “ stainless steel fixed shelves” category, so please make sure to order fixed shelves if welding is required.
- Before completing check-out, mention the above under “Order Notes” & define your existing stainless steel table height & at which height the shelves should be fixed.
- If you’re purchasing the stainless steel table from our website along with the shelves. Please mention that under “Order notes” before completing checkout
- If welding requires a hot work permit on site, please mention it under “Order notes” before completing check-out along with the required documents to issue the permit.
Do you provide power provisions prior to installation?
No, we don’t. All our refrigeration equipment & other items listed online will have a hyperlink that showcases the specification. On the specification sheet, you will be able to see any mechanical requirements such as power, drainage, water, or gas supply. You will have to request a contractor or a maintenance company to make the power provisions on site prior to delivery & installation.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you wish to cancel your Commercial Kitchen Equipment order, please send us an email as soon as possible. If we are unable to cancel an order because it has already been fabricated, we will refer you to our Item Returns Policy.
Can I Change my Order?
The Professional Kitchen Equipment Orders cannot be changed after they have been placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please send us an email. You can then place a new order.
Can I Return my Order?
Only standard stock items, unused and in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Customized or non-standard items are not returnable. Products that do not meet these requirements will be rejected. Please read our Return & Refunds policy for more information.

What are Customized items?
Customized items are bespoke items that are fabricated according to the dimensions you’ve selected at the time of Kitchen Equipment order placement. As customized items are typically built to order, cancellations cannot be processed.
