If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!
We do not process returns of opened and used products unless the item is defective (e.g. delivered with ripped or missing parts or other damage).
Any products found to be defective on arrival will be exchanged or refunded after checking the unit at our warehouse.
All returned products must be in their original packaging materials. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees.
All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the sales receipt within 7 days from the date of purchase (The product should be in its original condition).
Physical damages shall not be considered for return purposes.
Customized items cannot be returned.
Sofia Refrigeration reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product or original packaging is received damaged or any accessories or other original components are missing.
For delivered products, the customer will be entitled to a refund for the amount (excluding the shipping fees which amount to 5% of the total order).
For products not delivered, we will refund the full amount if you cancel the order before shipping. (Please send us an email canceling your order).
For products paid for with a credit or debit card, we will credit the refund within 7-14 working days to the same credit or debit card used during the order process.
